Job summary

Veolia North America, LLC is seeking a Lab Pack Chemist in Lancaster, TX to handle hazardous waste materials, inventorying, packaging, and preparing shipments in accordance with Lab Pack policies. On-site services may include waste collection, sampling, and safety inspections to support customer contracts.

The role requires an associate degree in general science (BS preferred), a valid Driver’s License with a clean record, and up to 20% overnight travel.

Qualifications

Associate degree in general science required for Lab Pack Chemist
Driver’s license with clear record
CDL B must be obtained within 6 months of start date

Responsibilities

Handles hazardous materials, inventorying, identifying, segregating, and packaging waste per Lab Pack policies and regulations.
Perform onsite services including waste collection, consolidation, sampling, and safety inspections.
Assist other groups (Depack, Retail, HHW) as needed.
Prepare shipment of packaged waste with proper labeling and documentation
Complete shipping papers, LDRs, and certifications according to regulations
May need CDL B to operate Veolia/Clean Earth vehicles
Uphold Health & Safety/JSA procedures on-site
