Job summary

MSD in Durham, NC is seeking a Senior Lab & Clean Utilities Technician to provide equipment troubleshooting and maintenance support for the production facility. You will collaborate with QO lab Plant Engineering management and lab managers to deliver calibration, maintenance and repair services, develop SOPs, and manage PM plans.

This role requires experience in GMP environments, ability to read P&IDs, perform calibrations, manage parts, and work in a team including Operations, Quality,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plant maintenance experience.
• Experience in GMP/regulatory manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read P&IDs, electrical drawings.
• Proficiency with SAP, CMMS or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain process, utility, and CIP equipment.
• Develop and implement PM plans and SOPs.
• Perform calibrations and repairs on automated systems.
• Document activities and maintain equipment histories.
• Coordinate with QA, Operations, and Engineering teams.
