Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Senior Laboratory Manager to oversee ligand-binding assays across multiple platforms. You will lead a team, ensure data integrity, and drive method development, validation, and stability assessments in a GCLP-compliant environment in Swiftwater, PA.

The role requires advanced degrees with extensive industry experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage timelines and resources across vaccine trials from Phase I to IV.

Qualifications

• PhD in Science with 4+ years of relevant industry experience.
• MS in Science with 6+ years of relevant industry experience.
• BS in Science with 9+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Clear communicator (written/verbal) with ability to liaison between groups/stakeholders.
• Understanding of GXP practices and regulatory requirements.
• Advanced written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day-to-day lab operations and projects.
• Ensure resources (materials/reagents/equipment) meet objectives.
• Support quality and compliant testing environments and documentation.
• Manage project timelines with immunoleads to meet objectives.
• Maintain alignment of processes and procedures.
