Job summary

Sanofi seeks a Manager of Automation in Swiftwater, PA to drive automation strategies for multiplexed ligand-binding assays and lead the development, qualification, and validation of methods integrated into high-throughput environments.

The role requires strong bioanalytical expertise, experience with Hamilton platforms, and effective cross-functional communication. You will ensure quality, training, and documentation while supporting multiple projects in a fast-paced vaccine context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Biological Sciences with 1–3+ years in bioanalytical assay development, data analysis, and automation.
• Experience with automated platforms and assay methods such as ligand binding assays is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and write clear documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design bioanalytical methods compatible with automation platforms and lead development, qualification, and validation of these methods.
• Troubleshoot issues with automated platforms to minimize downtime.
• Plan and oversee day-to-day operations in one or more laboratories/projects.
• Ensure resources (reagents, equipment, facilities) meet objectives and communicate metrics to leadership.
