Job summary

You will manage timelines, ensure data integrity, mentor staff, and drive regulatory compliance within a GXP framework, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver robust clinical data.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with 4/6/9+ years in industry depending on degree.
• Experience with ligand-binding assays and automated platforms.
• Ability to lead teams and manage projects within GXP expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day-to-day operations of one or more labs/projects.
• Ensure resources are maintained to meet objectives and QA/GXP requirements.
• Manage project timelines with immunoleads for testing objectives.
• Provide guidance on technical issues, safety, and regulatory matters.
• Monitor compliance and staff training; support method life cycle management.
• Track expenditures and advise on budget deviations.
