Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Senior Scientist to supervise laboratory staff and lead bioanalytical activities. You will design, develop, validate, and execute assays in the Ligand Binding Platform, ensuring high-quality output and efficient productivity.

The role requires strong communication, data analysis, and collaboration across teams. The candidate should have a PhD with extensive lab experience or a Master’s with significant related experience, with expertise in MSD, Quanterix,

Qualifications

• PhD with 6+ years relevant lab experience or Master's with 10+ years relevant lab experience.
• Strong background in platforms like Mesoscale Discovery, Quanterix, Luminex, ELISA.
• Experience troubleshooting and refining bioanalysis and biomarker assays (ADA, PK, Potency, Cytokine, PD).

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of assays, supervising staff and presenting data.
• Maintain SOPs and contribute to procedures and documentation.
• Serve as Technical Lead in Ligand Binding Platform.
• Share expertise with cross-functional teams and external clients.
