Precision Medicine Group seeks a Senior Scientist to supervise laboratory staff and drive bioanalytical and biomarker projects from assay design through validation and execution. You will act as a Technical Lead for the Ligand Binding Platform and ensure SOPs and procedures are in place.

The role requires extensive lab experience, leadership skills, and strong communication, with potential for collaboration across teams and external presentations. On-site at our Frederick, MD site.

Qualifications

PhD or Master’s with extensive relevant laboratory experience.
Experience leading or supervising scientists or technical staff is preferred.
Strong background in bioanalytical method development and validation.

Responsibilities

Design and perform experiments, independently analyze data and present results.
Lead Bioanalysis and Biomarker projects across assay design, development, validation, and execution.
Act as Technical Lead in Ligand Binding Platform and support SOP documentation.
