Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Supervisor in Bioanalysis, Ligand Binding R&D to lead the work unit and supervise laboratory staff. This role plans, organizes and monitors activities to meet client timelines while ensuring compliance with SOPs and procedures.

The candidate should have a Science degree with 3–5 years of related experience, strong Excel and Word skills, and prior bioanalytical lab leadership experience. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Science with 3–5 years related experience.
• Relative alternate certifications may be considered acceptable.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills, especially Word, Excel and analytical software.
• Experience in regulatory context preferred.
• Experience in managing technical staff and bioanalytical laboratory work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, manage and monitor the work unit's activities according to the field of expertise, the work plan, and the division's needs.
• Prepare, revise and/or approve all documentation related to the assigned projects.
• Collaborate with the Manager of the assigned resources to ensure client timelines are met.
• Provide technical supervision and advice to the laboratory staff.
• Daily interaction with the technical/scientific team and management to establish priorities of assignments.
• Communicate information to keep the team and organization on track with the work plan and projects.
• Advise internal/external clients of the division's areas of expertise by assessing needs and following up.
• Represent the work unit internally and externally as a source for consultation.
