Job summary

RTX Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Analyst Support Engineer/ Lab Lead to manage environmental test projects and the day-to-day operations of multiple engineering labs. You will ensure safety, security, and compliance while collaborating with customers, engineers, and senior leaders to implement process improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent with 2+ years in an engineering lab
• Experience working with engineers, technicians and leadership in an engineering lab environment
• Mechanical and/or electrical/electronic skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) and provide direction for lab users
• Coordinate and implement Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainment programs
• Oversee Property & Metrology Management for compliance
• Conduct cost analyses and ensure budgets are met
• Provide process support to Supply Chain Management
• Oversee audit and assessment preparation
• Lead Lab Objective Evaluation and Voluntary Protection Program
• Safeguard classified materials and documentation per export controls
• Develop and implement communication plans with management
• Influence stakeholders on policies and procedures
• Work autonomously with limited oversight and problem‑solving input
• Perform tasks requiring physical exertion and travel locally
