RTX Corporation in the United States is seeking a Lab/Environmental Testing professional to manage lab procedures and environmental programs. You will coordinate safety, property management, and cost analyses while supporting SCM and cross-functional engineering activities.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent experience with hands-on lab environment expertise. Expect collaboration with designers, manufacturing, and customers to meet performance and regulatory standards.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in hardware and environmental testing (dynamic shock/vibration, climatic, and structural).
• Experience developing Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) vibration and thermal profiles.
• Experience with engineering labs, safety, compliance and property management.
• Experience with OSHA/NFPA policies and regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Lab Operating Procedures (LOPs) by providing directions for lab users on established policies.
• Coordinate and implement Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainment programs.
• Oversee Property & Metrology Management to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Conduct cost analyses and ensure task completion within approved budgets.
• Provide process support to Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Lead audit and assessment preparation and support engineering goals.
