Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior L3 Production Support Developer to address production issues in a data-intensive financial application. You will investigate across database, backend, and UI layers, collaborating with development, operations, and support teams.

The ideal candidate has strong C#/.NET, advanced SQL Server skills, and extensive experience with stored procedures and financial data. Angular and cloud/DevOps familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Senior-level C#/.NET development and debugging in production environments.
• Strong SQL Server and T-SQL skills with stored procedures experience.
• Experience supporting L3 production issues across data, backend, and UI layers.
• Ability to analyze financial data and explain root causes clearly.
• Familiarity with Angular front-ends and basic cloud/DevOps concepts.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve L3 production issues across the stack.
• Analyze financial datasets for anomalies and document root causes.
• Review and troubleshoot complex SQL Server stored procedures.
• Trace logic across nested procedures and backend services.
• Support and debug C# backend services and Angular UI behavior.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and on-call rotations.
