Job summary

Copper Hill is seeking an intermediate Application Support Analyst II to bridge day-to-day operational support with advanced troubleshooting. You will support C#/.NET and Angular applications, work with Cosmos DB, SQL Server, and Azure services, and collaborate with senior analysts to maintain platform stability.

You will handle tickets, monitor data flows, assist with onboarding, and contribute to RCA and improvements to dashboards and documentation. Strong SQL and Azure experience are required.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL with complex queries and execution plans.
• Experience troubleshooting C#/.NET and Angular/TypeScript applications.
• Experience with Azure services and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage support tickets for internal and client-facing applications, including C#/.NET + Angular systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across UI, API, data, and Azure services; escalate complex cases as needed.
• Monitor data feeds, message queues, and Azure Functions to ensure reliable processing.
• Analyze SQL Server and Cosmos DB issues; apply common scripts to resolve end-user problems.
• Assist with client onboarding tasks—configuring feeds and validating integrations.
• Contribute to RCA for recurring issues and develop preventive actions.
• Help maintain monitoring dashboards and support documentation.
