Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Senior L2/L3 Full Stack .NET Support Engineer to join the AMS team for a major financial services client. You will own deep troubleshooting, RCA, and stability improvements for .NET/Angular/SQL Server applications in production.

You will lead incident resolution, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders across Azure deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and batch processes. Remote/on-site flex and banking compliance experience are helpful.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on experience in .NET development and/or production support.
• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and .NET Framework.
• Front-end experience with Angular and/or React.

Responsibilities

• Lead L3/L2 incident resolution for high-priority production issues with SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize enterprise apps built on C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework, Angular/React.
• Design and troubleshoot REST APIs and microservices; manage integration and batch failures.
• Own SQL Server performance tuning and data-level troubleshooting.
• Support deployment automation, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps release processes.
• Work with Microsoft Azure for hosting, monitoring, and support.
• Mentor L2/L3 engineers; contribute to knowledge base and runbooks.
• Communicate incident status and RCA findings to stakeholders; participate in on-call and CAB.
