Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Senior L2/L3 Full Stack .NET Support Engineer to join our AMS team supporting a major financial services client.

You will own deep technical troubleshooting, RCA, and stability improvements across a .NET/Angular/SQL Server stack, ensuring production reliability at scale. The role requires 8–12 years of hands-on experience, strong incident management, and proficiency with Azure DevOps, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in .NET development or production support.
• Strong C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework expertise.
• Front-end experience with Angular or React.
• Deep understanding of microservices and REST API design.
• Advanced SQL Server performance tuning and query optimization.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and DevOps tools.
• Experience with batch processes and integrations.
• ITIL-aligned incident management and RCA discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead L3/L2 incident resolution for high-priority production issues.
• Perform deep root cause analysis and drive permanent fixes.
• Support and optimize enterprise apps built on C#, ASP.NET Core, Angular/React.
• Design, support, and troubleshoot REST APIs and microservices.
• Own SQL Server performance tuning and data-level troubleshooting.
• Support deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Work hands-on with Microsoft Azure cloud services for hosting and monitoring.
• Mentor L2 support engineers and contribute to knowledge base.
• Communicate incident status and RCA findings to stakeholders.
• Participate in on-call rotation and CAB processes.
