Job summary

Gusto is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead program design and facilitation for the CX Learning & Development team. You will manage end-to-end learning programs, design innovative curricula, and coach participants in fast-paced environments.

Strong collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams is essential. You will leverage AI-enabled design, prototype learning materials, and analyze data to optimize program impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of L&D experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate in-person, virtual, and hybrid learning sessions across multiple knowledge areas.
• Lead comprehensive course design and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage high-visibility learning programs end-to-end and track outcomes.
• Oversee COX Academy cohorts and drive learner success.
• Utilize AI-driven data visualization to communicate insights to stakeholders.
