Responsibilities

• Provide general or specialized training and observations. Certify operators in training procedures.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions for employees on specific shifts.
• Develop benchmarks and measures the ongoing effectiveness of relevant processes and systems related to the Training function.
• Update and customize course materials as needed.
• Record all training to help ensure consistency in training processes.
• Conduct ongoing training needs assessments using management input and performance metrics to identify new training opportunities.
• Comply with internal reporting processes and rules.
• Fill in as needed as Operator on various equipment.
