Job summary

Cirrus Aircraft in Minnesota/Duluth and North Dakota locations seeks an Operations Learning and Development Senior Partner to author, develop, review, and deliver curricula for the Operations team. You will design content, manage Cirrus University LMS, and build annual training programs aligned with lean manufacturing and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical, training, learning and leadership development, or lean discipline.
• 4-7 years' experience in Learning and Development in Aerospace operations or manufacturing.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Subject matter expert in instructional design theory and learning principles.
• Experience with instructor-led, self-paced, virtual and face-to-face training.
• Proficient with learning management software and LMS administration.
• Experience in talent management and succession planning.
• Ability to convert SME interviews into content.
• Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; MS Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of online and digital learning best practices.
• Ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations leadership to deliver timely, accurate curricula.
• Facilitate onboarding and develop annual training programs.
• Design and produce training materials across print, visual and digital media.
• Develop eLearning content and manage Cirrus University LMS resources.
• Assess training effectiveness and update content as needed.
• Stay current with trends in employee development and LMS tools.
