Job summary

Isar Aerospace seeks a Senior L&D Specialist to own learning and culture programs end to end, from needs analysis to evaluation. You will partner with senior leaders, mentor colleagues, and set quality standards as we scale.

You will manage the learning ecosystem, drive data-informed decisions, and embed our values across the organization while collaborating with HR BPs and product teams on development, performance, and growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in L&D, culture, or organizational development.
• Demonstrated ownership from blank page to delivery with results.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management, including senior stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering learning programs with adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and e‑learning tools.
• Analytical confidence to translate data into action for leaders.
• Creativity, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead full learning cycle from needs analysis to refinement.
• Own flagship programs: leadership development, onboarding, career paths, and development frameworks.
• Embed values across teams and partner with communications to craft culture narratives.
• Advise senior stakeholders on development, performance, succession, and talent pipelines.
• Manage and optimize the LMS and digital learning tools.
• Analyze engagement and learning data; translate into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with HR BPs and product teams to integrate learning into hiring and growth.
• Facilitate workshops and mentor junior colleagues.
