Qualifications

• Bring strong organizational and communication skills.
• Work proactively, with attention to detail, and enjoy a mix of independent and collaborative tasks.
• Feel comfortable using MS Office; any experience with LMS platforms or e-learning tools is a plus.
• Speak English and German fluently.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, coordination, and delivery of training sessions, workshops, and learning events covering both technical and non-technical topics.
• Manage and enhance our Learning Management System by uploading content and creating engaging learning pathways.
• Contribute to learning and development projects, including leadership development, learning campaigns, and employee development programs.
• Research L&D trends, innovative learning technologies, and best practices to evolve development offerings.
• Assist in collecting and analyzing learning feedback, survey results, and participation data to measure impact and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for learning activities, training logistics, and stakeholder communication.
