Job summary

Delivers learning programs at DPR Construction to support workforce capability development across the organization. Facilitates instructor-led sessions and blended learning for employees in various roles.

Partners with People Practices to provide context and effective experiences, supporting engagement in learning initiatives. Leads classroom and virtual environments, adapts delivery to audience needs, and shares insights with program managers to drive continuous improvement in learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of experience in training facilitation or learning & development.
• Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers learning and development programs across the organization.
• Facilitates instructor-led training and blended learning experiences.
• Partners with People Practices teams and stakeholders to align training with goals.
• Manages classroom and virtual environments to promote participation.
• Adapts approaches based on audience needs and program objectives.
• Connects employees with learning resources for growth.
• Shares participant feedback with program managers to improve offerings.
