Job summary

Veriforce, a global leader in contractor and supply chain risk management, seeks a Senior L&D Specialist in Burlington, MA. You will design and scale talent development programs for the US workforce, translating strategy into practical learning experiences and measurable business impact.

In this hands-on role, you will own onboarding, manager development, career progression enablement, and interviewer training while partnering with HR and global teams to ensure consistency and excellence across

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in L&D, talent development, or organizational effectiveness in SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong instructional design skills across in-person, virtual, and asynchronous modalities.
• Proven track record designing and delivering manager development programs.
• Demonstrated experience building or improving onboarding programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing and reporting from an LMS.
• Executive presence; comfortable presenting to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver a manager development curriculum with feedback, coaching, and resources.
• Diagnose capability gaps through data and stakeholder input; implement targeted interventions.
• Identify reinforcement strategies to sustain manager learning between programs.
• Own end-to-end new hire onboarding from offer to 90 days with defined success metrics.
• Develop career frameworks and leveling guides to clarify growth paths.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to design interviewer training and practical assessments.
• Manage the LMS and build reports tracking participation and impact.
• Collaborate with HRBPs and global peers to tailor US-focused programs.
• Deliver targeted learning solutions aligned with key initiatives.
