Job summary

Software Resources is seeking a Staff Augmentation specialist to lead enterprise skills foundation initiatives in HR tech. You will align tasks to skills, map job architectures, and integrate data across Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Phenom to upscale the organization.

You will partner with leaders to design a scalable taxonomy, governance processes, and repeatable mappings that support talent and learning platforms in a global, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR technology, workforce technology, or talent/learning platform implementation.
• Hands‑on experience building or implementing skills taxonomies, task frameworks, or job architectures within enterprise HR or learning systems.
• Experience configuring and integrating platforms such as Workday (Skills Cloud, Talent Management, Learning) or SAP SuccessFactors (Skills & Competencies, Learning) or Phenom (Internal Marketplace, Succession, Skills, Career Pathing)
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical system design and configuration.
• Experience mapping skills and tasks to job architectures and learning content at scale.
• Strong understanding of enterprise HR data structures, integration patterns, and platform dependencies.
• Demonstrated ability to establish data governance processes and maintain taxonomy frameworks across product and CoE teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; experience influencing and presenting technical recommendations to HR and business stakeholders.
• Experience working in large, matrixed, global organizations with multiple stakeholder groups and interconnected priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of an enterprise skills foundation across talent and learning platforms.
• Assess and modernize enterprise tasks and skills within the in‑system setup and taxonomy.
• Map tasks to skills and jobs to skills within applications.
• Ensure integration of skills data across Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Phenom.
