Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Learning & Development leader to design and drive enterprise learning strategies across accounting and advisory disciplines in the United States. This role focuses on aligning learning with career progression, leadership development, and regulatory CPE requirements.

You will oversee a portfolio of technical and soft-skill programs, leveraging LCvista, Workday, and emerging technologies to deliver scalable, learner-centric experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's a plus.
• 10+ years in learning and development with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Expertise in instructional design methodologies and LMS/LXP.
• Deep knowledge of CPE compliance for accounting/advisory professions.
• Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide learning strategies.
• Strong analytics, data-driven improvement capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise learning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design cohesive learning frameworks aligning with firm capabilities and career progression.
• Align learning models with skill-building strategies across regions.
• Drive adoption of personalized, scalable, learner-centric approaches.
• Develop and implement a firm-wide learning strategy addressing CPE, soft skills, leadership.
• Create learning paths supporting onboarding, technical proficiency, client readiness, and future leadership.
• Design and manage technical learning programs meeting NASBA/state CPE requirements.
• Ensure content is audit-ready; collaborate with SMEs and providers.
• Oversee CPE credits tracking and reporting per standards.
• Lead programs building leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Leverage LMS and other technologies for modern, scalable experiences.
• Apply adult learning principles to engaging formats (live, virtual, elearning, blended).
• Partner with firm leadership to align learning with business goals.
