Reveille Group, a strategic advisory consulting firm based in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to support a federal agency project. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in learning and development or related fields.
• Proven record leading end-to-end learning programs.
• Advanced knowledge of adult-learning principles and evaluation methods.
• Experience developing measurable learning objectives and curricula.
• Experience managing development plans, mentoring, and rotations.
• Ability to translate policy and workforce requirements into learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of learning and career-development framework for a 10- to 25-person cohort.
• Develop Development Framework and Curriculum Plan with milestones and resources.
• Coordinate learning across federal acquisition fundamentals and related topics.
• Design and facilitate cohort-based learning activities and capstone projects.
• Develop facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments.
• Support Individuals Development Plans with milestones and goals.
• Maintain enrollment processes and learning records.
• Coordinate mentor guides and engagement tracking.
• Maintain data on training requirements and progress.
• Ensure privacy and accessibility compliance.
