Qualifications

• Six years of administrative staff or professional work.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalency.
• Experience with enterprise LMS and large-scale virtual meetings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as statewide Principal Administrator and technical architect for SSA's virtual learning infrastructure.
• Establishes standards and QA for virtual training delivery across programs.
• Drives alignment of workforce curricula with federal compliance and CJAMS enhancements.
• Directs contracts for multimillion-dollar academic partnerships and CWA operations.
• Analyzes workforce data to produce executive briefs and mandated reports.
