Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead instructional design and program development for federal government engagements in Arlington, VA. You will design effective training content, refine existing programs, and identify learning gaps to deliver targeted solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in L&D, with willingness to work on-site, and ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in learning and development support in government or federal environments.
• Experience designing and managing instructional materials.
• Experience supporting within the federal government.

Responsibilities

• Create effective training content, modules, and learning pathways.
• Refine and enhance programs; build new learning initiatives.
• Identify learning gaps and propose targeted solutions.
• Contribute to L&D strategy and align solutions with goals.
• Engage stakeholders including government staff, SMEs, and leadership.
• Evaluate learning platforms and tools; use LMS effectively.
• Continuously assess program effectiveness and adapt.
