Job summary

Reveille Group, a strategic advisory firm with Washington, DC offices, seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to support a federal program. The role is remote within the contiguous United States, with occasional travel to DC and other locations.

You will lead learning- and career-development initiatives, build development frameworks, and coordinate across acquisition fundamentals, leadership, and data literacy. Requires 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Ten years+ in learning and development or related field with program leadership.
• Experience designing, delivering, evaluating, and improving learning programs.
• Ability to translate policy and workforce requirements into practical training.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end learning programs for federal agency cohorts.
• Develop and maintain development framework, curriculum plans, and materials.
• Coordinate across domains like acquisition, data literacy, leadership, and mentoring.
• Design facilitator guides, participant materials, and assessments.
