Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking an LMS Training Specialist to provide primary LMS support for QA and Business Development teams. The role includes creating electronic trainings, adding assessments, and maintaining SOP-based curricula.

You will support CAPA/change management reporting, assist internal/regulatory audits, and collaborate with supervisors to define core LMS training. The position starts day one with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree required with advanced vocational knowledge.
• Strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and training expertise.
• Knowledge of cGMP concepts and training/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMS support for QA and Business Development teams.
• Create and maintain electronic training and assessments in LMS.
• Support CAPA and Change Management with reports and follow-ups.
• Assist audits by generating reports from TrackWise or manual systems.
• Set up users, roles, and curricula; manage LMS content and tests.
• Lead LMS governance, standardize processes, and ensure compliance.
• Develop training reports for audits/investigations and CBCs.
