Job summary

Referment is seeking a Learning and Development Program Operations Manager to lead a team of L&D coordinators and drive efficient execution of learning initiatives. You will partner with the generative-AI learning team to translate new ideas into well-run programs and help the wider team adopt AI tools in practical, useful ways.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of programme management/operations experience at a managerial level.
• Proven track record in operational process redesign and improving workflow efficiency.
• Recent hands-on experience applying generative-AI tools to improve business workflows.
• Strong people leadership, delegation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop L&D coordinators, setting priorities and providing feedback.
• Partner with the generative-AI learning team to plan and execute initiatives.
• Identify and redesign manual processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Drive adoption of AI tools within team workflows to boost content development and admin tasks.
• Keep multi-stakeholder programmes on track, communicating with senior stakeholders.
