Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist in Schaumburg, IL to serve as a subject matter expert on KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements and complex ownership structures within loan documentation.

You will collaborate with Sales Support, Portfolio Management and Credit teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy of documents, and timely onboarding of customers. This role emphasizes attention to detail, communication skills, and problem solving in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role or banking/finance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills; attention to detail a must.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on KYC requirements and complex ownership structures for loan docs.
• Prepare or review documents for new/existing customers with non-standard structures.
• Collaborate with Sales Support, Portfolio Management and Credit teams on data integrity.
• Coach stakeholders on customer authority and required signers for HNB-IF forms.
• Identify when higher level review is needed and escalate accordingly.
