Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist to act as the KYC subject matter expert and to prepare or review complex ownership structures and non-standard loan documents. The role requires collaboration with Sales Support, Portfolio Management, and Credit staff to guide documentation and data integrity.

Responsibilities include overseeing loan documents, minimizing customer impact by timely resolution of issues, and coaching stakeholders on authority and signers to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in business, finance or related degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer facing position or banking/finance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Support, Portfolio Management and Credit staff to guide documentation and KYC.
• Prepare or review manual and customized loan documents for complex ownership structures.
• Verify accuracy of loan documents and ensure compliance with KYC requirements.
• Coach stakeholders on reviewing customer authority and formation documents for proper signers.
