Job summary

Huntington is seeking a qualified candidate to provide general support for origination activity and sales enablement. The role focuses on documenting equipment lease and loan transactions across multiple industries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely, compliant documentation.

You will manage data entry, review, and ensure perfection of security interests while coordinating approvals and maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Entry of transaction data in front end system and verify details before documentation.
• Ensure ownership interest perfected via UCC filings or searches and recordings.
• Prepare transaction documentation packages for approved requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve information discrepancies.
• Monitor transactions for compliance with policy and procedure.
• Assist in modifications based on changes to transaction structure or pricing.
• Understand product, pricing and documentation across industries and transaction types.
• Identify issues and propose resolutions while maintaining risk controls.
• Gather items needed to prepare funding documents and follow up with clients.
• Maintain performance metrics and service level agreements.
