Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Senior Sales Support Specialist with deep knowledge of Know Your Customer requirements to support complex ownership structures and non-standard documentation.

You will collaborate with Sales Support, Portfolio Management and Credit staff to guide documentation, KYC and data integrity, while coaching stakeholders and ensuring accuracy across loan documents and onboarding tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelors’ degree in business, finance or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years in a customer facing position or banking/finance.
Exceptional attention to detail with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand customer structures for KYC and loan documentation requirements.
Prepare or review complex loan documents for layered structures; resolve issues timely.
Review and approve documents prepared by sales support and customer service for accuracy.
Coach stakeholders on customer authority and signers on legal forms.
Collaborate with Documentation Manager, Onboarding Director and Legal to maintain documentation manuals.
Handle onboarding and other documentation tasks and special projects as needed.
