Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a senior Knowledge Manager to drive enterprise knowledge management efforts across analytic teams. You will shape processes, data workflows, and tools to enable secure information sharing and efficient retrieval across the program.

You will coordinate documentation, maintain OIs, and contribute to performance metrics while operating in a high-security environment requiring TS/SCI with poly and a strong leadership presence.

Qualifications

• Data Visualization, Information Management, and Process Management expertise.
• 17+ years of related experience.
• US citizenship required with TS/SCI clearance and poly.

Responsibilities

• Develop information system requirements that support mission objectives and align with DoW and IC architecture standards.
• Capture, refine, and update user and functional system requirements through interviews and reviews.
• Support development of logical data models from functional requirements.
• Create use cases for new applications and assess input/output needs, data flows, and reliability.
• Interface with users to define problems, assess data availability, validate requirements, and resolve issues.
• Work independently within a Knowledge Management team with moderate supervision.
• Coordinate KM meetings, working groups, and activities.
• Maintain requirements documentation across data repositories.
• Draft and maintain operating instructions for programs and initiatives.
