Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology seeks a senior Knowledge Manager to drive enterprise knowledge management on the FMI/S TI program. You will enable analysts to search, store, retrieve, and disseminate information efficiently across distributed data systems, shaping critical processes and data workflows.

The role requires a Master’s with 12+ years (or a Bachelor’s with 17+ years) and an active TS/SCI with poly, with leadership in a complex intelligence environment and a focus on mission

Qualifications

• This role requires experience in enterprise knowledge management and analytic support.
• Proven ability to capture, refine, and document user and functional requirements.
• Experience creating and maintaining data workflows and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Develop information system requirements that support mission objectives and align with DoW and Intelligence Community architecture standards.
• Capture, refine, and update user and functional system requirements through interviews, system reviews, and process assessments.
• Support the development of logical data models derived from functional requirements.
• Create use cases for new applications and assess data flows, inputs/outputs, and hardware/software needs.
• Interface directly with users to define problems, assess data availability, validate requirements, and resolve design issues.
• Work independently within a KM team and coordinate KM-related meetings and activities.
• Maintain requirements documentation across various data repositories.
• Draft and maintain Operating Instructions for command-wide programs and initiatives.
