Job summary

Cydecor, a premier Federal Government solutions provider, seeks a Knowledge Manager to align processes and technology for analytic production. You will design user-friendly interfaces, research user needs, and develop workflows for document sharing, version control, and data storage.

An active TS/SCI clearance and a Bachelor’s degree are required. The role involves API development, governance of knowledge content, and collaboration across teams to optimize information sharing and decision

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience related to knowledge management, with at least a portion in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a user-friendly interface for deliverables and documentation.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure ontologies meet OBI practitioners' needs.
• Develop workflows for document and information sharing; ensure stakeholders have access to necessary information.
• Collaborate to identify and document business processes; develop workflows to support these processes.
• Develop a document management system with upload, search, and retrieval features.
• Ensure documents are stored, retrievable and version-controlled.
• Develop an API for integration with other systems (project management, CRM).
• Ensure integrations are tested and validated before implementation.
• Collaborate to identify updates and maintenance tasks for the application.
• Monitor and analyze application performance to identify improvement areas.
• Use data and analytics to inform design decisions for user experience.
• Provide ongoing training and support to users on workflows and documentation.
• Educate users on benefits and best practices for using the application.
