Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Knowledge Manager (KM) – Senior to support a federal client from our Washington, DC location. This full-time, senior-level position falls under the Administrative and Logistics Support department.

The role focuses on developing and maintaining KM systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering documentation and reports to drive mission success while ensuring compliance and ongoing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge management systems, repositories, and collaboration tools while ensuring information is documented, accessible, and retained.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements.
• Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives.
