Job summary

Leidos is seeking a senior software professional to support the DISA GSM-O II TN07 Joint Force Headquarters DODIN, delivering real-time, mission-aligned software solutions with scalable, high-performance UI/UX and robust APIs.

You will work across front-end and back-end layers, tackling complex integration tasks, SharePoint automation, and knowledge management activities while collaborating with mission partners in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or master’s with 10+ years.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance and eligible for C/I Polygraph.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Experience with server-side languages (Node.js, Python, PHP).
• Experience with Azure DevOps, SAFe, and Scrum.
• Client interaction experience.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with responsive design and Bootstrap.
• Experience at Joint Command/Operations Center.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with Spark, Kubernetes, Kafka, SIMP, Ansible, Docker, RHEL, Suricata, Kibana, Logstash, Elastic Search, Neo4J, PostgreSQL, AWS, and NiFi.
• Knowledge of policy development and maintenance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills under stress.
• Understanding of key network monitoring protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Translate operational requirements into technical solutions and advise staff on holistic approaches.
• Design and build scalable, fast, and visually appealing applications.
• Write functional front- and back-end code including APIs and libraries.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
• Write technical documentation.
• Automate business processes leveraging SharePoint and other tech.
• Support knowledge management changes with testing and bug fixes.
