Job summary

The candidate will support USCYBERCOM J3 by developing KM strategies, implementing policies, and ensuring secure, accessible information flow across classified and unclassified networks.

The role requires deep KM expertise, DoD/IC experience, and the ability to create SOPs, TTPs, briefings, and executive documentation while working independently in high-tempo environments.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• Twelve plus years' experience in Knowledge Management, Information Management, or related fields, preferably within the DoD or Intelligence Community working on unclassified and classified networks.
• BA/BS degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Information Systems, Library Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate, relevant Knowledge Management (KM) support to USCYBERCOM J3 through development and implementation of KM strategies, policies, and procedures to improve ability to capture, share, and reuse critical knowledge.
• Drive implementation of KM strategies and tools in alignment with the USCYBERCOM Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), promoting information sharing of Cyber operational data.
• Support USCYBERCOM J3 leadership decision making through promotion of a culture that streamlines information sharing, discoverability, and policy management.
• Post, edit, manage, and maintain KM content across classified and unclassified USCYBERCOM websites and portals.
• Develop consistent, repeatable processes for responding to external and internal Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Create, manage, and archive documentation and data in compliance with DoD records management regulations, and establish and manage file structures to ensure effective data access and discoverability.
