Qualifications

• Proficiency with Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise) and related tools.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and video production software.
• Strong experience with Camtasia and AI-assisted workflows.
• Expertise in high-end interaction and experience design for learning.
• Solid knowledge of LMS standards (SCORM/xAPI) and publishing.
• Understanding of data-driven evaluation and iterative content improvement.
• Content governance and modular development practices.
• Healthcare education experience is a plus.
• Epic education experience and certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, scalable learning experiences for Epic education.
• Design interactive modules with accessible, brand-aligned visuals and captions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and devs to produce high-quality tutorials.
• Apply learning science principles to drive behavior change and job performance.
• Manage content governance, versioning, and deployment workflows.
• Measure impact with analytics and iterate content accordingly.
