Job summary

Providence St. Joseph Health is seeking a Sr. Manager of Clinical Informatics Education and Adoption to guide education efforts for Epic and other clinical technologies.

You will lead a team delivering training, change communications, and learning deliverables to promote safe and efficient use of health IT across clinical and business settings. This role requires strong instructional design, adult learning, project management, and informatics expertise, with responsibilities spanning environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.
• 6 years of Education experience in information services or training plus 3+ years of management experience.
• 4 years of Leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction, leadership, and coaching for CI education design, development, publication, and maintenance deliverables.
• Lead cross‑team initiatives such as training environment management, resourcing, credential trainer programs, and learning standards.
• Oversee change communication and education evaluation to promote safe, effective, and efficient use of health IT.
• Partner with co‑managers to ensure adoption and optimization of Epic and other clinical technologies.
