Job summary
Northwell Health is seeking a Manager of Clinical Experience & Digital Platforms to lead the integrated, technology-enabled care experience across inpatient, ambulatory, and virtual settings. This role focuses on unaided Epic workflows and bedside platforms to deliver a seamless, hospitality-driven patient journey.
The role requires 5–7 years in healthcare technology, Epic expertise, and strong cross-functional leadership.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Epic workflows and/or integration across care settings.
- Experience supporting large-scale healthcare initiatives (go-lives, new builds, acquisitions).
- Strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows across inpatient and ambulatory environments.
- Experience with virtual care/telehealth platforms and workflows.
- Experience with in-room or bedside patient engagement technologies.
- Experience supporting capital construction projects or facility activations.
- Epic certification is required.
Responsibilities
- Lead Epic-centered platform integration across inpatient, ambulatory, and virtual care environments.
- Partner with Epic application teams to embed workflows across digital patient experiences and clinical operations.
- Lead development and deployment of digital and smart room capabilities across care environments.
- Establish a centralized experience architecture by integrating in-room technologies, virtual care, Epic workflows, and patient engagement tools.
- Drive patient and clinician experience outcomes with user-centered design and measurable results.
- Coordinate across Enterprise Digital Services, Epic teams, virtual care teams, facilities, vendors, and operations.
