Job summary

RSI in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Knowledge Management Specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve the organization's KM program. You will collaborate with governance, IT, and business stakeholders to maximize knowledge value and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires 7 years of experience, a relevant degree, and proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online. This full-time position involves limited travel and offers a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Management or related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience in knowledge management or information governance.
• Knowledge of KM frameworks, governance, and data lifecycle principles.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Certifications in CKM/CIP/AIIM/PM/SharePoint are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Legacy Management KM program.
• Develop strategy, governance framework, and a roadmap for enterprise knowledge sharing.
• Design and manage knowledge lifecycle processes from creation to disposition.
• Administer knowledge repositories and digital workspaces like SharePoint and 365.
• Ensure compliance with policies, records retention, security, and regulatory obligations.
• Foster Communities of Practice and knowledge-sharing forums.
• Deliver training and change management initiatives for user adoption.
• Monitor KM program performance with metrics and dashboards.
• Provide consultation on information architecture and collaboration tools.
