Job summary

Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Senior Knowledge Management and Information Governance Specialist in Arlington, VA to lead the KM strategy and RM program within the OPT for AUTOWARCOM activation.

The role requires TS/SCI eligibility, DoD familiarity, and strong governance expertise across documents, dashboards, and secure collaboration tools. You will train staff and codify SOPs to ensure IOC readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5–10 years of knowledge management experience.
• 5+ years supporting Government or Military clients is strongly desired.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Acrobat.
• Ability to write clear, concise correspondence with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with DoD 5110.4-M is desired.

Responsibilities

• Designs and administers the OPT Knowledge Management plan and battle rhythm.
• Orchestrates digital collaboration across multi-disciplinary groups.
• Develops executive dashboards for real-time visibility of LOEs and milestones.
• Oversees records management across unclassified and secure networks.
• Drafts charters and SOPs to accelerate staff integration after activation.
