Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Knowledge Manager to coordinate enterprise knowledge systems and data management at the compartmented level in support of USSOCOM/JTF missions. You will optimize decision-making and collaboration with SharePoint, Power Platform, and BI solutions.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong data architecture skills, and experience in records management, automated workflows, and enterprise collaboration tools. Local travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of recent specialized experience; OR an Associate’s degree with at least 7 years; OR a major professional certification with at least 7 years; OR 11 years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of dedicated knowledge management and data management experience.
• Expert-level competence in the administration, configuration, and architecture of Microsoft SharePoint (On-Premises and SharePoint Online).
• Demonstrated experience developing custom applications and visual dashboards using Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI.
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining complex automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Experience coordinating data warehousing initiatives with enterprise data architecture principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex technical processes into guidance.

Responsibilities

• Embed with operational and staff elements to provide data management and collaboration systems oversight.
• Advise on information architecture and enterprise records management.
• Lead end-to-end data administration including ingestion, metadata curation, lifecycle management, and scanning/uploading.
• Manage Knowledge System Tools: SharePoint On-Prem/Online and related portals.
• Develop automated workflows and dashboards using Power Platform.
• Perform SharePoint Site Collection Administration and access control.
• Define and implement file plans meeting records management standards.
• Lead data migration and cleansing to structured repositories.
• Support Records Management programs and preserve critical War Records.
• Define, test, and audit access controls to comply with DoD/IA standards.
• Provide Tier 1 support and create training materials.
