Job summary

Sodexo at Southeastern Oklahoma State University is seeking a Senior Kitchen Supervisor to oversee on-site food operations, coordinating routine activities across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, casual dining and cafes under management direction.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience with supervisory background and a valid driver’s license. Expect mornings/afternoons, some weekends/holidays, with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related work experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site oversight coordinating routine work of service employees in food operations.
• Ensure a safe working environment and oversee daily activities across various food service areas.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time; adapt to client requirements as needed.
• Other duties as assigned based on business needs.
