Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor at EAST TEXAS A&M University to oversee daily food-service operations and coordinate shift activities on-site. You will help ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction across fast casual, cafeterias, and events.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
