Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Food Supervisor at Eastern University to oversee on-site food service operations and coordinate daily activities across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events and banquets.

Weekdays afternoon/evening shifts, full-time role with benefits and advancement opportunities. Candidates should have 1+ year of related experience and a valid driver’s license; supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of related work experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Ensure a safe working environment throughout the facility.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service and problem resolution.
• Attend work and be on time for scheduled shifts.
• Other duties may be assigned based on client requirements.
