Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of service employees on-site coordinating routine work activities.
• Coordinate supervision of food operations across fast casual, coffee/counter services, cafeterias, events and cafes.
• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality, service and problem resolution.
