Job summary

Carrabba's Italian Grill, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Kitchen Manager to oversee daily back-of-house operations for a full-service casual dining location. You will lead kitchen staff, ensure recipes and presentations meet Carrabba's quality standards, and drive efficiency and safety.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and a passion for great food and guest service. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k); location-based compensation with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (culinary or kitchen management preferred).
• Experience in Full-Service Casual Dining or Casual Plus environments.
• Scratch kitchen experience is a plus.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Legal to work in the United States; relocation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct prep staff and ensure food quality and consistency.
• Assist in hiring and training back-of-house staff.
• Implement security protocols to protect employees and guests.
• Prepare kitchen areas daily to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards; pass health inspections.
• Maintain line checks, recipe adherence, and window management.
• Verify menu items are prepared to Carrabba’s specifications.
• Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
• Keep kitchen and storage areas clean and organized.
• Check inventory and place food and supply orders.
• Set high standards for customer service and work examples.
